For hotel setups please be informed of the following:
1) If advance check-in by the guest is required, please ensure you have checked-in before our Mobile Decorator(s) arrive at the scheduled setup time. As our Mobile Decorator(s) may have other orders, a grace period of 15 mins wait time will be complimentary. Thereafter, a charge of $15 will be applied for the next hour.
2) If advance check-in by the guest is NOT required, please obtain prior approval from the hotel via their official email for our Mobile Decorator(s) to enter your room for the setup.
3) Personal add-on items (E.g. Photos / flower petals / inflating of your own balloons) for your setup will not be entertained by our Mobile Decorator(s) unless otherwise agreed prior to your order confirmation subject to a surcharge.
